The Global Climate Pledge is the largest, most inclusive climate movement on the planet.
We recognize the progress our national governments and international organizations (like the UN) are making, but we know there is an urgent need to engage citizens and additional NGOs, businesses, governments, etc. in every country to assure we hold global warming well below 2℃ to benefit our health, security and prosperity.
The United Nations Decade on Ecosystem Restoration 2021-203
The United Nations Decade on Ecosystem Restoration 2021-2030 is a call for the protection and reactivation of ecosystems around the world, for the benefit of people and nature. Its goal is to stop the degradation of ecosystems and restore them to achieve global goals.
National Chamber of Ecotourism
CANAECO is a private nonprofit organization that works to promote sustainability in the Costa Rican tourism sector.
Earth Restoration Project
The Earth Restoration Service has since the beginning been engaged with three main areas to restore the environment; tree planting, river restoration and the rehabilitation of wildflower meadows. Our approach is one of proactive collaboration with schools, community groups, other charities, businesses, landowners and government agencies to create an alliance addressing the challenges of regenerating the Earth.
We are working together to promote and help local landowners with creating new sustainable livelihoods through analog forestry, while also planting trees to restore forests for endangered wildlife.
Initiative 20×20 is a country-led effort seeking to change the dynamics of land degradation in Latin America and the Caribbean by beginning to protect and restore 50 million hectares of forests, farms, pasture, and other landscapes by 2030.
Planeterra helps local organizations and communities use tourism as a catalyst to improve people’s lives, protect their natural environments, and celebrate their culture. Put simply, it is a better kind of tourism – improving the lives of community members as they provide travellers with better experiences. Planeterra is more than just an agent of change and driver of communal well-being, they are tested and trusted builders of self-esteem and pride. Pride that we can all share as well as take pleasure in – from uplifting communities through tourism.
Serve Global Wildlife
“Serve” in “SGW” indicates that humanity has a duty to serve wildlife and nature, and through active support and support ensure that biodiversity and natural habitats are affected as little as possible by human presence.
Our greatest goal is to create a fund by 2022, that will create a training program for the futures’ ambassadors who take action as responsible tourists. Preserve large forest areas and create preservations of an animal group. Serve Global Wildlife is based on voluntary work EXCLUSIVELY and ALL donations and income go SOLELY for the purpose of our goal.
Andover Trees United
Andover Trees United is a volunteer-led group and registered charity working in partnership with schools, local authorities, businesses, specialist environmental organizations, artists and other creative practitioners to promote conservation and improve access to natural wild spaces in Andover, U.K.
We are currently working with the team in delivering an exciting new project called the Nature in Harmony Exchange Project.
Through this project, we will provide young people with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and understanding of ecology and conservation through wildlife surveying and developing their own mini projects, connected to nature and tailored to their own interests.
Through communication between the young people of Andover and Drake Bay, they will be able to share and compare their findings with each other, develop friendships and learn more about the differences and similarities between our environments, lifestyles and cultures.
The Corcovado Foundation and Tiger Haven Society India have agreed on a collaboration that begins with the exchange of knowledge and experiences and the search for joint projects and financing.
